How to Opt Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS/text messages at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent. Note that opting out of SMS does not affect other communications (such as email).

Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is supported on all major US wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your phone number and SMS consent data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or opt-in information with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our Services (including text, graphics, logos, software, and design) are owned by AI Visionary Group and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written consent.
7. Third-Party Services
Our Services may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, applications, or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Visionary Group and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for use of our Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
